Kindergarten Admissions

The student must be 5 years old by August 1 of the upcoming school year.
Parents must provide the child’s birth certificate.
Parents must provide the child’s social security card.
The school must receive documentation of appropriate immunizations (Religious exemption must be submitted if your child is not immunized).
Application forms and application fee must be received.
A proof of residency document must accompany all applications for admission or any scholarship
documents.
A physical health appraisal is encouraged, specifically focusing on vision and hearing screening.
Readiness testing will be completed by the kindergarten teacher before or shortly after the
beginning of school.
