- Guided enrollment process

Where should a new family begin?
Start with a request for information or a visit. CCA’s enrollment process includes reviewing requirements, a family interview, an application and required documents.
Does submitting this website’s form enroll my child?
No. It sends an inquiry to school staff. Admission, enrollment and scholarship applications are separate processes.
How do we apply after our family interview?
The school will guide you to its approved application process in Praxischool. The public link is a parent sign-in; ask the office for access and instructions if you are a new family.
What documents should we discuss with admissions?
Ask about birth documentation, proof of residency, immunization records or applicable exemptions, prior school information and placement/readiness requirements. Confirm the current checklist directly with the school. Do not upload or paste private records into public inquiries.
How can we learn about tuition and assistance?
Ask for current tuition and fees and discuss EdChoice with admissions. Scholarship eligibility, awards and any remaining family costs require individual review.
How do current families re-enroll?
Use your existing Praxischool account and the office’s current re-enrollment instructions. Contact the office if you need access assistance.
Clear answers before the next step
Admissions questions are often connected: grade placement affects the campus visit, tuition connects with scholarship timing, and private records should follow only after the school provides a secure process. These answers help families understand the sequence without pretending every situation is identical.
Beginning and visiting
Where should a prospective family start?
Request information or a visit and include the student’s current grade and the year you are considering.
Are visits walk-in?
Tours are arranged by appointment. A requested date is not confirmed until the school responds.
Which campus should we visit?
Elementary families generally visit Tarlton Road; middle and high school families visit Ohio Street. CCA will confirm the right location.
Applying and enrolling
What are the main steps?
Review requirements, meet for a family interview, complete the application and securely provide required records.
Does an inquiry reserve a seat?
No. Availability and admission must be confirmed through the school’s process.
How are private records submitted?
Only through the approved secure method CCA provides. Do not paste or attach sensitive records to a public form.
Tuition and scholarships
Where can we find current tuition?
Request the current schedule and complete fee breakdown from admissions.
Can CCA help with EdChoice questions?
CCA can explain school-specific coordination, while Ohio’s official resources govern eligibility, forms and awards.
Does a scholarship guarantee admission?
No. Scholarship approval and school admission are separate.
Current families
How do current families re-enroll?
Use the existing Praxischool account and follow the office’s current instructions.
Where are handbooks and forms?
Use Current Families for public resources and the parent portal or office for items requiring family access.
