Academics
Preparing students for life beyond graduation through academic growth, Biblical worldview, mature responsibility, leadership, service and purpose.

High school brings students closer to adult decisions about further education, work, relationships, service and personal responsibility. CCA’s purpose is broader than completing credits: students should grow in knowledge, judgment, character and the ability to live faithfully beyond the structure of school.
Academic learning remains essential. Students need to read carefully, communicate clearly, reason through complex questions and complete challenging work. A Biblical worldview helps them consider how knowledge, truth and responsibility connect as they prepare for future paths.

Older students encounter ideas that require careful evaluation. Christian education should not teach them to avoid difficult questions, but to approach those questions with intellectual honesty, Biblical truth and a willingness to reason well.
Bible study, discipleship and chapel support spiritual formation, while worldview reaches across the curriculum. Students are encouraged to understand what they believe, recognize competing assumptions and make decisions with conviction and humility.
High-school freedom should grow alongside accountability. Meeting deadlines, honoring commitments, responding to correction and contributing to a community are practical forms of preparation for adulthood. Warrior values give these expectations a distinctly Christian direction.
Leadership is not measured only by position. It is seen when students influence others responsibly, choose courage over convenience, remain teachable and use strength in service rather than self-promotion.
Families naturally want to understand courses, graduation requirements and preparation for college, careers or other future paths. Those are important questions, and the answers must be current. CCA should provide the applicable course information directly rather than the website inventing AP, CCP, dual-enrollment, internship or partnership claims.
Tell admissions about your student’s grade, prior coursework, interests and goals. Private transcripts or educational records should be submitted only through the secure process the school approves.
