A practical introduction to CCA
These answers bring together the questions families commonly ask before visiting or beginning admissions. Details that change by grade or school year should still be confirmed directly with the school.
Identity and faith
What is CCA’s mission?
Crossroads Christian Academy provides an educational experience of academic excellence. We prepare our students to love God, love people, and share the Name of Jesus Christ with the world.
What makes CCA a Christian school?
Academic subjects are taught within a Biblical worldview, with Bible instruction, weekly chapel, Christian character, leadership and service included in school life.
Does the school publish its beliefs?
Yes. The Statement of Faith presents the beliefs that guide CCA’s Christian educational mission.
Learning and campuses
Which grades does CCA serve?
CCA provides a K–12 school journey. Admissions should confirm current grade assignments and availability.
Where do students attend?
Elementary learning is based at Tarlton Road. Middle and high school are based at Ohio Street Campus.
How does CCA choose curriculum?
Ohio standards provide an academic basis, Biblical truth guides instruction, and resources may come from multiple publishers according to subject and grade.
How can we discuss learning needs?
Begin with admissions for an individual conversation. Share private records only through a school-approved secure process.
Visits and admissions
Can our family visit?
Yes. Tours are by appointment, and the school will confirm the appropriate campus and time.
Does an inquiry enroll a student?
No. It starts a conversation. Enrollment includes a family interview, application and required records.
Where do we find tuition or scholarship information?
Request current tuition and fees from admissions and use official Ohio guidance for EdChoice requirements.
Current families and safety
Where are family resources?
Current Families links to the calendar, portal, handbooks, forms, supply lists and lunch information.
Are background checks required?
CCA’s published policy requires BCI background checks for staff and volunteers before interaction with students. Ask the office about current procedures.
