Leadership in service to the mission

School leadership carries responsibility for keeping daily decisions aligned with CCA’s Christian mission and educational purpose. That work includes caring for people, supporting teaching and learning, communicating with families and stewarding resources faithfully.

Leadership is most useful to families when it creates clarity: who can answer a question, what process applies and how the school’s convictions shape a decision.

Areas of leadership responsibility

Mission alignment

Keep academic, spiritual and operational decisions connected to the school’s stated purpose.

Learning and people

Support educators and the conditions in which students can grow in knowledge, faith and character.

Family communication

Help questions reach the right person and make expectations or next steps understandable.

Responsible stewardship

Use time, facilities, finances and community trust with appropriate care and accountability.

Connect with the right person

The website does not publish leadership names or biographies that have not been approved. Contact the office with the subject of your question, and staff can route it to the appropriate current leader without exposing private student information publicly.
